Our web-based Ticketing / Issue Tracking System tracks software bugs, hardware defects,
test cases, or any other issues. We have in place a highly successful model for
the same, through which we trouble-shoot issues for scores of our clients. The issues
are tackled on Priority Ticket basis depending on their gravity across three levels.
The system also helps manage customer feedbacks, incidents, requests, and issues.
As a result, it increases productivity, improves the quality of products, and increases
customer satisfactions. Our system spots an issue even before it occurs and generates
emails, which notify all users of when actions are required or complete. This includes
automatic built-in email service triggers that are fired on creation of an issue,
its updates and closing by the concerned person.
We are monitoring Client Infrastructure 24X7 for our UK clients. This includes,
monitoring, updating & applying patches for OS & Applications. Email & SMS Alerts
are generated & we are following three levels of escalations. The monitoring includes
setup at multiple locations & servers in Windows Clusters. This activity is being
done very effectively & we have obtained client admiration for this.
Implementation & Project Management
